Four steps from block to bar

Melt and pour soap needs no lye and no curing. Your first batch takes about an hour.

Melt

Cube the base and melt it gently in a double boiler or in short microwave bursts.

Colour and scent

At about 60 °C stir in colour, up to 2% fragrance oil, and herbs or clays.

Pour

Pour into a silicone mould and spritz with rubbing alcohol to pop the bubbles.

4

Unmould and wrap

After 2 - 4 hours, pop the bars out and shrink-wrap them to keep them fresh.

More purity equals more price.

We start with virgin coconut oil, leave out parabens and sulphates completely, and lab-check every batch before it is packed. Cleaner inputs cost more to source and to make, so our price reflects what is really inside the bar, not what we quietly left out.

What is a melt and pour soap base?

Soap that is already made, so you only melt it, add colour and fragrance and pour it into moulds. No lye, no curing.

How much fragrance oil should I add?

Up to 2% of the base weight, about 20 g per kilo. Essential oils: 0.5 - 1%.

How fast do you deliver?

We pack within 24 - 48 hours. Metro cities usually get orders in 2 - 4 working days, the rest of India in 4 - 7.

Can I sell soaps made from your bases?

Yes. Many of our customers run soap brands. Label each product with its full ingredient list.

How can I pay?

Pay securely online with UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking or wallets through Razorpay.
