What is a melt and pour soap base?
It is soap that has already been made (saponified), so you only melt it, add colour, fragrance and additives, then pour it into moulds. There is no lye to handle, which makes it ideal for beginners and small brands.
How much fragrance oil should I add?
Up to 2% of the base weight in melt and pour soap, which is about 20 g per 1 kg. For essential oils use 0.5 - 1%. Creams and lotions need less: 0.5 - 1%.
Are your products paraben and sulphate free?
All our soap bases and liquid bases are paraben free. Every base is at least SLS free, and our sulphate-free range avoids SLS and SLES completely. Each product page lists what it is free from.
Can I sell soaps made from your bases?
Yes. Many of our customers run their own soap brands. Label your products with a full ingredient list and follow the cosmetic rules that apply to you.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within 24 - 48 hours. Metro cities usually receive them in 2 - 4 working days and the rest of India in 4 - 7 working days.
What payment methods do you accept?
You can pay securely online with UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), debit and credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking and wallets. Payments are processed by Razorpay, so we never see your card details.
Do you give bulk or wholesale prices?
Yes. Larger pack sizes are already cheaper per kg. For 50 kg and above, private label bases or custom formulations, use the bulk enquiry form or call us.
How do I track my order?
Use the Track order page with your order number and the phone number or email you used at checkout. Logged-in customers can also see every order under My account.
