Where we deliver
We ship across India through trusted courier partners. Some remote PIN codes may take a little longer; we will let you know if that applies.
Dispatch time
Orders are packed and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours of confirmation, Monday to Saturday. Orders for 20 kg and above, and custom or private label orders, may need 3 - 5 working days.
Delivery time
- Delhi NCR, Mathura, Agra: 1 - 3 working days
- Metro cities: 2 - 4 working days
- Rest of India: 4 - 7 working days
Delivery charges
Delivery is free on all orders, anywhere in India. There is no minimum order value. Very heavy or bulky orders may be sent by transport, and we will confirm the freight with you first.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we share the courier name and tracking number on the Track order page, by SMS or WhatsApp.
Summer shipping
Soap bases and butters can soften in transit in peak summer. They set again at room temperature and their quality is not affected.
