Our unit sits in the IIDC Kosi Kotwan-II industrial area on the Delhi - Agra corridor. Soap bases are cooked, poured, cut, checked and packed under one roof, so we control every step from raw oil to sealed carton.

Raw material check
Oils, glycerin and surfactants are checked against their supplier COA before they enter production.

Batch cooking
Bases are made in jacketed steam kettles with controlled temperature and mixing time, batch by batch.

Lab release
Every batch is checked for pH, clarity, hardness and sweating before it is released for packing.

Pack and dispatch
Blocks are shrink-wrapped, labelled with batch number and dispatched within 24 - 48 hours.
